What is SIC Switch Welder?

Therefore, people have developed the soft-switching technology. At present, the main soft-switching technology is zero-voltage switching technology (ZVS) and zero-current switching technology (ZCS). The switching loss of the power device can be very considerable under high-frequency switching situation . Because ZVS technology is to realize the switching when the drain-source voltage of the SIC tube is zero, the stored charge of the inter-electrode capacitor has already been discharged with the resonant circuit, so the switching loss can be reduced to zero. However, the ZCS technology can not decrease the switching loss to zero. The power supply uses advanced zero-voltage switching (ZVS) technology, which almost completely eliminates the switching loss of power devices under the high frequency. When the sensor and the unit are adjust the optimal status, the machine efficiency can reach up to 90%.
