SiC High Efficiency Welder

The SiC High Efficiency  Welder is the latest version of our high efficiency welders. 

It adopts the IGBT technology for the AC- DC part, use the IGBT Module to instead of the SCR technology, improved the efficiency of the high efficiency welder from 80% to 95%, save engergy for customer at least 15%.  

For DC-AC inverter Part, we use the SiCFet to instead of the MosFet. Due to the high performance of the SiCFet, the SiC high efficiency welder is more stable, switch speed more fast and reduced the switch loss, efficiency improve 10% than the MosFet. 

Then compare to the old version, the welder ability greatly improved, help customer save production cost.

Because of the modular design, the repair and maintenance of the machine is very easy and simple, also help customer save labor cost and maintenance cost.

Water-water Cooling System for SiC High Efficiency Welder

We use the water-water cooling system to instead of the air-water cooling system for the high efficiency welder, 

The internal circulating water is distilled water, so that equipment water line has no water scale, and does not appear the phenomenon of electric erosion, making equipment operation failure greatly reduced.

The closed circulation prevents foreign matter from entry, so that the pipeline will not be blocked.

It has small size, good overall performance and convenient installation.

Due to closed circulation of water line, water consumption is minimal.

It can avoid the equipment failure caused by water condensation in summer.

It is more economical than the air-water exchanger.
