What is Induction Heating Equipment
Induction heating equipment is fully developed and produced by ZSHC Company. Mainly used for heating steel bars, steel rods and steel wires. Induction heating equipment uses modern power electronic devices IGBT modules as the key components of the inverter. Its control system consists of a rectifier circuit, a power adjustment circuit, a protection circuit and a control circuit, advanced frequency tracking and constant-angle inverter triggering, and an optimized IGBT drive protection circuit. Induction heating equipment has the advantages of high efficiency, simple and reliable circuits, and easy debugging and operation. It not only improves the production process of manufacturing enterprises, but also significantly improves the energy saving effect.
Advantages of the Induction Heating Equipment
1. It adopts Siemens IGBT power devices and unique inverter technology, 100% load duration design, 24-hour operation under maximum power, high reliability guarantee.

Induction heating equipment composition
The main cabinet of the induction heating equipment contains a three-phase fully controlled bridge, filter control, DC power and filter to complete AC and DC functions, and IGBT inverter.
The capacitor cabinet is composed of oscillating capacitors and induction coils.

A. Heating (hot forging, hot charging and smelting)
