What is Automatic Stacking Machine？
The Automatic Stacking Machine is an Automatic packing machine, can pack tube and pipe length to 12m.
This automatic stacker is mainly designed for the collection and stacking of 150*150 square and rectangular pipes with a thickness of 2.0-8.0mm. It has a reasonable structure and a high degree of automation. It can operate continuously for 24 hours and can meet the pipe grinding line speed of 60m/min.
The automatic stacking machine is an device which suitable for the square and rectangular tube continuous working for the size from 80-150mm , 3.0-8.0mm thickness.
Working speed:10~60m/min,continuous working, stacking speed equal or less than 10pieces/Min Suitable for tube length of 6m-12m quota packing.

1. Steel Tube feeding, aligning and counting system
This system contains conveyor rollers, feeding and aligning and counting system.
1）Feed tubes one by one.
2）Align the tube parallel
3）Count tubes
2. Tube layering and conveying system
Tube feeding system will convey the tube on the storing station and count the number of tubes. When accumulating the required numbers of tubes, the storing station will fall the tube row down to conveyor chain.
3. Tube stacking system-“Hexagonal shape” or “Square or Rectangular shape”
1)Supporting forks raise up the tube row;
2)The tube stacking stopper pushes out;
3)Supporting forks drop down the tube row to its bundling frame;
4)Pipe bundling stopper pushes out and clamps the tube row tightly;
5)Supporting forks reset;
6)The tube bundling stopper pushes out to protect the pipe bundle well from loosening.
4. Tube bundle conveying system
After stacking the tube bundle, bundling frame with pipe bundle will go down to its bundling position. The pipe bundling basket will fall down and convey the bundle to its transport conveyor. There is a stopper to ensure the position of different number of tubes. After putting down the tube bundle to transport car, the stopper will open and the car will transport the bundle.
5. Tube bundle strapping station
The process of the strapping by automatic strapping machine with manual operation also. The strapping machine performs all the straps in different strapping position depending on the length of the bundles. The automatic strapping machine is situated at a fixed point and the bundle moves to perform each strapping.
6. Horizontal tube bundle stretch wrapping machine
After strapping, tube bundle will be transported into horizontal stretch wrapping machine.The table is outfitted with out feed roller conveyor 6000mm. The speed of the roller table is driven by motor with gear box.
Packing material is stretch film or knit belt. The operation of the machine is completely automatic. Automatic mechanical hand clamps, holds and cuts stretch film automatically, which make the whole wrapping process fully automatic.
7. Tube bundle stacking system
After wrapping, the tube bundle will be moved to next stacking position which is able out feeding and stacking the bundle one by one. The stacking capacity can be customized.
