ERW SIC Welder

The ERW SiC welder is the third generation welder developed by our company, the Baoding ZSHC Electrical Co., Ltd., mainly used to weld the pipe seam online by induction coil.  It is a kind of high frequency welding machine, a very important and core part of the high frequency welded pipe mill line. 

It is upgrad based on the IGBT Welder. use the SiC technology to instead of the MOSFET technology on the inverter part, still use the IGBT technology on Rectifier part.  So its a equipment adopts the advanced technology with IGBT and SiC. 

The ERW SiC welder has been widely  used in the industrial filed. On European market, the ERW SiC Welder was be produced as early as ten years ago, used online in 2016.  ZSHC company sucessfully launched the ERW SiC Welder into the market in 2019. 

As a new power machine, the ERW SiC Welder is more stable, more reliable and more durable.

It is efficiency is much higher than the IGBT Welder and Solid State HF welder,  less loss. Can save energy 10% then the IGBT HF Welder.
