The SiC ERW Welder high efficiency, less loss, can save energy 10% than the IGBT high efficiency welder.

Compare to MOSFET, The SiC highest working temperature can reach 175°C， the MOSFET is 150°C；The Withsand Voltage of SiC is 1200V, the MOSFET is 500V and not more than 1000V; The Rated Current of SiC is 65A, but Mosfet is 38A max.  Besides these charactors, the On-resistance, switch time, input capacitor, gate charge are all 20% of the MOSFET, greatly improved the quality of the SiC ERW welder and save energy.
