SIC Induction Heating Machine

The SIC induction heating machine is our main products. We start to develop the induction heating machine 40 years ago and the SIC induction heating machine is our third generation machine developed by ourselves. The SIC induction heating machine we also called SIC High Efficiency Swtich Welding Machine, mainly used on the steel pipe production line. It's function is weld the pipe seam through the induction heating.

The SIC induction heating machine is a kind of high frequency machine, we adoptthe SIC to instead of the MOSFET and adopt the IGBT technical on inverter part. So the SIC induction heating machine is much stable and high efficiency than any other welders.

The major function of trigger and control circuit of the main control panel is to generate PWM pulse width modulation waveform. The circuits are respectively comprised by the synchronization circuit, the trigger circuit, power drive, current voltage double closed-loop feedback control circuit, as well as startup and various protective functional circuits. Compared with similar solid-state high-frequency power products, it has the following features:

1) To improve the work reliability and stability of power supply, the design of the trigger circuit selects high-reliability integrated circuit chip, which reduces the number of components in peripheral circuits and fundamentally decreases the possibility of failure; the trigger control circuit has a strong anti-interference ability, so its work stability is far better than that of the control circuit composed of single chip or other chips.

2) Adoption of advanced control concept of similar products in the world: the current and voltage double closed-loop feedback control technology of PWM pulse width control circuit is used to provide constant power output for stable welding quality.

3) The protection circuit is a basic guarantee for the high-efficiency switch all-in-one welder, which is in a very important position in its control technology. The power supply device has the following functions: overcurrent protection, open circuit protection, temperature protection, water shortage protection, water temperature protection, over voltage protection, low power supply voltage protection, unique branch overcurrent protection technology, power supply indication, and safety start/stop control circuit. As a result, the equipment works more safely, and both the failure rate and damage rate are minimized.

4) Soft start and time constant setting function.

We know that in high frequency welding, we often refer to magnetic rods and impedancers. Strictly speaking, they are magnets.

The magnet is a kind of solid material which can make the magnetic line of force pass through the material in the process of completing a closed loop of N-S pole. Similar to the current like to conduct electricity through the conductor, and magnetic lines of force prefer to conduct magnetic lines of force through the magnet. After understanding this concept, we need to understand that the heat source of induction heating is eddy current, which is generated by the magnetic line of force passing through the conductor material. In other words, eddy current will be generated when the conductor cuts the magnetic line of force, and then heat will be generated.

Therefore, we can focus more magnetic lines of force to the parts we need to heat by using a magnet, which can effectively improve the efficiency of effective heating of the magnetic lines of force generated by the coil, avoid the proportion of invalid heating, and improve the efficiency of the coil.
