We adopt the SiC FET to instead of the MOSFET on the inverter circuit, greatly improved the stability of the SIC pipe welding machine.

The advantages of the SiC components ensure the SIC pipe welding machine running very stable in extreme environment and reduce the power consumption. The rated voltage of SIC is 900V, compare to the MOFET rated voltage 500V, the stability  of SIC pipe welding machine is significant，especially in extreme condition like open and short circuit.
