The Silicon Carbide Switch Welder is the fourth-generation welder in our company.

Our Technical Team Independently research and development the SIC Switch Welder. We adopt the SIC to instead of the MOSFET, greatly improve stability in extreme environment and reduce the power consumption. The MOSFET rated voltage is 500V and the SIC can reach to 900V.
