SIC ERW Switch Welder

SIC Switch Welder is the fourth-generation welder in our company.

Our Technical Team Independently research and development the SIC Switch Welder. We adopt the SIC to instead of the MOSFET, greatly improve stability in extreme environment and reduce the power consumption. The MOSFET rated voltage is 500V and the SIC can reach to 900V.

The rated voltage of SIC is 900V. The SIC welder stability is greatly improved compare to MOSFET welder （the rated voltage of MOSFET is 500V）， especially in extreme condition like open and short circuit。

SIC turn on resistance is 65 mΩ. Compare to MOSFET turn on resistance 270mΩ, the turn on power consumption reduced 75%. P=I²*R 

Comparing to traditional solid-state welder, save power 25%-35%.

Comparing to High Efficiency switch welder, save power 10%.
