SiC High Frequency Welder

The SiC high frequency welder is the Third Generation welding machine in our compmany. 

It is fully designed and developed by our own. 

 It's technical principle is use IGBT Modular on the AC to DC part to instead of the SCR, use the SiC components on DC to AC part to instead of the MOSFET.

Benefit the advantages and high quality SiC, the SiC high frequency welder more reliable and statle, reduced the down-time rate. The withstand voltage and current overload margin of SiC high frequency welder are significantly improved. The SiC welder works more stably and has longer service lift under the same working condition.

The high switching speed of SiC reduced the switching loss and offered the possibility of the producing the ultra high frequency welder in special welding filed.

The Input capacitance and gate charge of the SiC only 20% of the MOSFET.

In a word, the SiC welder can save engergy 35% -45% than traditional solid state high frequency welder.

Can save energy 10-20% than the IGBT high efficiency welder.
