The Tube Mill HF Welder , also called High Efficiency Switch Welder, is the third generation welder in ZSHC company.
The tube mill HF Welder core and main device IGBT and its performance is much better. We use FF600R12ME4, which helps the welder improve the quality greatly. The IGBT moudle is our unique design, the modular design reduced the Fault Point and easy maintance.
The third generation tube mill HF welder output is more efficient than the other welders. It has no transformer, output directly , reduced the power wast, the efficiency is much higher than the SCR welders.
