The 139th China Import and Export Fair (Canton Fair) concluded on May 5. A total of 314,000 overseas buyers from 220 countries and regions attended the fair, representing a 1.1% increase compared to the 138th session (hereinafter the same). Notably, the number of buyers from the United States, Australia, and Canada saw significant growth, while participation from countries involved in the Belt and Road Initiative remained stable. The event was attended by 407 leading purchasing companies and 154 overseas business organizations. On-site export deals totaling $25.7 billion were signed, and many buyers have already scheduled follow-up factory visits.
