Harmonic pollution of induction heating power supply

A large number of harmonics injected into the power grid will cause a series of serious power quality problems, which will not only disturb the stable operation of the equipment connected to the power grid, but also reduce the power factor and operation efficiency of the power system. Therefore, the harmonic pollution problem of induction heating power supply needs to be solved.

 

There are two ways to solve the harmonic pollution. One is to install the filter device, the other is to deal with the harmonic source, so as to reduce the harmonic generation fundamentally. According to the technical index of induction heating power supply, this paper designs an induction heating power supply with power line filter. Through the parameter design of related power devices and the establishment of system simulation model on the platform of Simulink in MATLAB, the feasibility of the design and the effect of harmonic control are verified. The content of harmonic basically meets the national standard GB / T14549-93 "power quality" Harmonics of public power grid. Because the filter is divided into passive filter and active filter, active filter has more advantages and broader prospects. In order to further improve the filtering effect of power line filter.
