Check of the connection:
After completing the wiring of the welder, you must check each installed connector to confirm that it is well connected before you start operating the device.
Its contents include:
(1) The line connection is correct and reasonable, the grounding must meet the prescribed requirements;
(2) The magnetic workpiece clamp claw shall not have attached metal particles and splashes on its contact surface;
(3) The welding cable of the coil should be expanded before use to avoid overheating and insulation damage;
(4) The need to alternately use different lengths of the cable should be equipped with insulated joints to ensure that the useless length can be disconnected when not needed.
Leakage:
There shall be no leakage of any cooling water, protective gas or oil that affects the safety of the welder.
Abort of work:
When the welding work is aborted (for example, a break), the output of the device or welder must be turned off or the power supply should be cut off.
Mobile Welding Machine:
When you need to move the welder, you must first disconnect the power from its input.
Devices that are not in use Metal welds and carbon poles must be removed from the welding clamp when not in use to eliminate the risk of electric shock to persons or conductive objects. Welding clamp must be placed out of contact with people, conductors, flammable objects or compressed air cylinders when not in use.
The welding gun of semi-automatic welding machine must be properly placed when not in use so as not to cause the gun body switch to start unexpectedly.
Maintenance:
All arc welding equipment must be maintained at all times and kept in a safe working state. When there is a defect or safety hazard to the device, it must be discontinued until its safety is guaranteed. Repairs must be carried out by accredited personnel.
