Question: How to choose transformer of the High Frequency Welding Machine?
Answer:
1. For Solid State high frequency welding machine , we need an isolation rectifier transformer.
For different power high frequency welding amchine, should match different capacity , for METOWD brand , the distribution current capacity is 1.5 times of the welder power. That is, when the welder power is 150Kw, the isolation transformer we should match 150KVA.
2. For High Efficiency Switch welding machine, we don't need the isolation rectifier transformer.
Due to the advanced design and the IGBT technology, the high efficiency switch welder no need the transformer, that means the high efficiency
switch welder is low power consumption, save engergy.
