High Efficiency Welder

High Efficiency Welder is designed for the straight seam welding. It is specially used to weld the low carbon steel pipe seam.

The high efficiency welder is upgraded based on the traditional solid state HF welder, use the IGBT to instead of the SCR, 

greatly improved the efficiency of the welder, save the production cost.

Compare to the traditonal solid state HF welder, the high efficiency welder can save energy 15-25%.

It is no need the transformer, inverter bridge direct output, all in one design. The installation cost is low. Save the area cover 60% than 

solid state HF welder.

The ripple is low, The high efficiency welder ripple coefficient is 2%, traditional solid state welder ripple coefficient is 4%.
