Our Tube Seam Welding Machine equipped the PLC control system and Touch Screen, can monitor the machine real time operation information, including the Power, DC voltage, DC current.  If any fault occured, the Control system will start the protection system immediatly, to prevent any damage of the tube seam welding machine.  The Touch Screen will display the fault alarm and indicate the fault source.

In the machine cabinet, on the control board, power board and trigger board also has the indicators, will tell where has problem.
