Seam Annealing Introduction

Electrical parts

· There is an inlet reactor on the power side.

· It is equipped with a high-power IF output transformer.

· Sensors are specially designed to adapt to the seam annealing of circular pipes, square pipes and rectangular pipes. It is easy to install and remove the sensors.

· It uses the most advanced self-excited tracking starting mode, which can adapt to the wide loading range. The startup success rate is 100%.

· It uses the PLC and the high-precision thermometer to realize the temperature closed-loop control, which can control the annealing temperature precisely. The full set of equipment uses the PLC and touch screen control. The touch screen can display the temperature and various operating parameters. It is easy to be operated with a high degree of automation.

Seam Annealing Mechanical part:

· The cabinet is assembled in units with a frame structure. The cabinet can be easily opened on all sides, which is close to the international electrical standards so that workers can inspect and repair it more conveniently.

· Sensors are equipped with the electric forward and back function, which is easy to right seams.

· It is equipped with electric rise and drop function, which is easy to adjust the gap between the sensor and the pipe welding seam.

· It is equipped with electric arc tracking welding seams ± 7 °.

· Both ends of the sensor are equipped with stainless steel guide pulley (water cooling) which is adjustable.

· The cabinet is successfully combined with the rack. The mechanical and electrical integration can adapt to the seam annealing of different specifications of straight steel pipes (heating quenched and tempered).
