Equipment layout

 

Adjust the frequency as needed so that the temperature rise curve makes the welding seam even and diathermal. For equipment of dMFferent diameters and wall thicknesses, users can choose to open the number of MF equipment, which can not only achieve the purpose of annealing but also save the energy. As shown in Figure 1, it is for reference purposes only. The equipment should be used and placed according to the actual needs of users.

Equipment Introduction

It is the special equipment successfully developed by our company based on the full absorption of the advanced foreign equipment experience in China in recent years, which is used by the pipe industry to produce high-grade steel pipes.

The high frequency welding equipment and online MF seam annealing equipment for steel pipes are centralized in the rear of the unit, which follow the sequence of uncoiling →accumulator → forming → welding → Deburr → weld seam annealing → cooling → 300 ℃ cooling → sizing → cutting → run out table → packing order.

Notice: the cooling section should be reserved according to the speed and the annealing temperature.

The whole set of equipment is mainly divided into two parts: electrical parts and mechanical parts.

Electrical parts

· There is an inlet reactor on the power side.

· It is equipped with a high-power MF output transformer.

· Sensors are specially designed to adapt to the seam annealing of round pipes, square pipes and rectangular pipes. It is easy to install and remove the sensors.

· It uses the most advanced self-excited tracking starting mode, which can adapt to the wide loading range. The startup success rate is 100%.

· The full set of equipment uses the PLC and touch screen control. The touch screen can display the temperature and various operating parameters. It is easy to be operated with a high degree of automation.

Mechanical part:

· The cabinet is assembled in units with a frame structure. The cabinet can be easily opened on all sides, which is close to the international electrical standards so that workers can inspect and repair it more conveniently.

· Sensors are equipped with the electric forward and back function, which is easy to focused right on seams.

· It is equipped with electric rise and down function, which is easy to adjust the gap between the sensor and the pipe welding seam.

· It is equipped with electric arc tracking with welding seams ± 7 °.

· Both ends of the sensor are equipped with stainless steel guide pulley (water cooling) which is adjustable.

· The output cabinet is successfully combined with the table. The mechanical and electrical integration can adapt to the seam annealing of dMFferent specMFications of straight seam steel pipes (heating quenched and tempered).

Equipment inspection before delivery

After the equipment has passed the self-test by the supplier, the supplier shall inform inspectors of both sides to inspect the equipment. When the demander inspectors inspect that the equipment doesn't meet the requirement defined by both sides or the supplier doesn't use the equipment (or accessories) from the appointed factory, the supplier should seriously consider the opinions of the demander and take prompt measures to rectMFy.
