Power UnitDC Power Unit

The DC power supply unit includes rectification, filtering, and logic control parts. Three phase fully controlled thyristor rectifier bridge, smoothing reactance, smoothing capacitor, filtering, etc. ensure smooth DC output. Provide reliable assurance for high-quality welding.

The DC power supply is equipped with voltage and current displays, as well as an independent control system. Even in the event of issues with the central console, the welding machine can be independently controlled.

Central Control UnitCentral Control Unit

Equipped with LCD display screen, power and motor speed adjustment potentiometer. Equipped with high-frequency welding machine's DC voltage and current indication, and can also be equipped with armature voltage and current display function of DC speed control cabinet as needed, fully realizing centralized control of welded pipe production line.
