Description
The Solid State H.F Contact Welder is a kind of welder also designed for the straight seam pipe welding.
Compare to the induction welding, the princple of the welder is same, the contact type welder suitable for the bigger thickness of the pipe.
It adopts high power components of US IR IRFP460 MOSFET and Germany IXYS Company DSEI60-06A rapid recovery diode. The high power capacitor C and inductor coil L compose current-mode parallel upper-voltage resonance circuit, which doesn't need output transformer. Thus, it not only improves the efficiency, but also increases the reliability of the welder.
1. The solid state H.F Contact welder has such distinct features as energy-saving, effective welding, simple structure, easy maintenance, low failure rate, low maintenance cost etc.
2. Normally, the contact type welder need a bracket, the bracket can make the welder move up and down, towards and backwards, right and left total six directions. This can make the welder to match different diameter pipe.
