Fully Digital DC Speed Adjust Unit adopts the standard Cabinet, frame structure, 591P series controllers as core components, with external device to compose a complete set of control system.
The power supply is AC 110V to 500V, frequency range is 45~65Hz. It provides DC voltage and current for the control armature and excitation, suitable for excited DC motor and permanent magnet motors.
The Speed Adjust Unit feasured by excitation regulation function, is composed of one way full wave semi-control bridge. It can provide constant excitation voltage source or current source to complete the constant torque mode; also can provide adjustable weak magnetic range to achieve constant power operation mode.
