Pipe Straightening Machine

Straightening machine is a straightening equipment for metal profiles, bars, pipes, wires, etc. The straightener extrudes the bar through the straightening roll to change its straightness.

Generally there are two rows of straightening rollers, the number of which varies. There are also two-roll straighteners, which straighten materials with different diameters depending on the angle change of two rollers (concave in the middle, hyperbolic rolls). The main types are pressure straightener, balance roll straightener, shoe roll straightener, rotary reverse bending straightener and so on.

The position of the rollers is at an angle with the moving direction of the straightened products. Two or three large rollers are active pressure rollers, which are driven by the motor to rotate in the same direction. On the other side, a number of small rollers are active pressure rollers, which rotate by the friction of the rotating rod or pipe. In order to achieve the required compression of products by rollers, these small rollers can be adjusted forward or backward at the same time or separately. The more the number of rollers, the higher the accuracy of products after straightening. After the product is bitten by the roll, it keeps moving in a straight line or in a rotating direction, so that the product can bear all kinds of deformation such as compression, bending and flattening, and finally achieve the purpose of straightening.
