IGBT (insulated gate bipolar transistor) module is used as the key device of inverter in solid-state super audio equipment. The control system is composed of rectifier, power regulation, protection and control circuit, advanced frequency tracking and fixed angle inverter trigger and optimized IGBT drive and protection circuit. It has the advantages of high efficiency, simple and reliable circuit It is easy to debug and operate.

Solid state super audio equipment is a kind of super audio power supply which converts three-phase power frequency 50 Hz AC into single-phase AC (8 ~ 50 kHz). It can be widely used in metal smelting, welding, diathermy, quenching and other heat processing and heat treatment occasions.

The main circuit structure of solid-state super audio induction heating power supply is shown in Figure 1. The rectifier adopts three-phase fully controlled rectifier bridge circuit composed of thyristors, the inverter adopts single-phase bridge inverter circuit composed of IGBT, and the load adopts parallel resonant structure.
