Ferrite Core

The Ferrite Core is an important and necessary part for the High Frequency Welding. 

The Ferrite Core can increase the magnetic flux rate of the coil in the circuit, improve conversion efficiency.

When a high-frequency current passes through the induction coil, a high-frequency magnetic flux will be generated in the coil. The eddy current induced by this high-frequency magnetic flux in the welded pipe will melt the weld and obtain welding. When the magnetic rod is not placed in the welded pipe, the magnetic flux generated by the induction coil inside it is among them, N is the vacuum permeability, H is the magnetic field strength, and S is the cross-sectional area of the coil. The use of magnetic rods can greatly increase the magnetic flux in the induction coil (increase the production e; f times), so as to achieve the purpose of greatly increasing the induced electromotive force in the welded pipe and increasing the welding power. More importantly, the placement of the magnetic rod makes the magnetic flux in the induction coil intensively distributed in the touch rod, and the magnetic flux between the induction coil and the welded tube is relatively reduced, thereby improving the welding efficiency.
