Product Description

The Welded Tube Mill is used to manufacture of round pipe, diameter from φ19mm to φ102mm.The welded tube mill can produce pipes from cold-rolled and hot rolled coil strip.The finished product would be round , square or rectangle pipe.

1.2 Round tube wall thickness: Max 4.5mm

1.3 Sizing Length: 4m-7m

1.4 Cut Length Tolerance: ±3.0mm

1.5 Straightness Tolerance 0.5mm in 1000mm

1.6 Tube thickness/Diameter Ratio: Min 0.02 Max 0.10

1.7 Tube Standard: Apply to relevant international standard JIS G3444, G3466, ASTM A500, A53, AS1163-2009.

1.8 Outside Diameter Tolerance: ±0.2% or ±0.15
