High Precision Cold Flying Saw

The cold flying cutting saw is a nessessary part of the steel tube mill. Its main function is to cut the steel pipe to length. It's has more advantages than the hot fraction saw. The cold flying cutting saw could perform high precision high cutting while the pipes moving at high speed.

When the saw blade sawtooth cuts the workpiece, the heat generated is transferred to the sawdust through the saw tooth. The workpiece and the saw blade are kept cool, so it is called cold saw. The cold saw is different from the conventional friction saw, in which the workpiece rubs with the friction saw, resulting in the high temperature of the friction saw and the workpiece in the sawing process. Advantages of cold sawing: high precision of workpiece, no burr, reducing the processing intensity of the next process; workpiece will not change the material due to high temperature caused by friction; low fatigue of operators, improve the sawing efficiency; no spark, no dust, no noise in the sawing process; energy saving and environmental protection
