Working principle：

The cooling water is driven by the circulating pump of the system, circulating between the coil of the heat exchanger and the inside of the equipment, and the heat of the cooling water is transmitted to the pipe wall. Spraying water uniformly sprays on the heat exchanger, cold air enters the tower from below the tower body under the action of the wind turbine, and the spraying water flows countercurrent through the surface of the heat exchanger. The spraying water fully absorbs the heat of the coil and flows into the water tank at the bottom of the tower, which is then conveyed to the spraying system by the spraying pump. In this way, the cooling water in the heat exchanger is cooled down.

The Requirment of the Water Quality

 

 The water quality of the external reservoir, namely, the water quality of primary water system, directly affects the operation of the water-water cooling system, thus affecting the reliability of the equipment. It is recommended that the demander should use tap water to supply water for the external reservoir. The specific requirements are as follows:

 Water quality requirements: transparent, not turbid, no sediment, no scaling. The primary water pipe of the water-water cooling system is prevented against scaling, affecting the heat exchange capacity;

 Cooling reservoir can prevent entry of foreign matters to avoid blockage of the primary water pipe of the water-water cooling system, thus affecting the heat exchange effect.

 It is suggested to install a cooling tower on the cooling water reservoir to ensure that the primary water temperature of the water reservoir, namely, the water-water cooling system, meets the design requirements.

 Feed water pressure: 0.25 ~ 0.3 MPa (about 2.5 ~ 3 kg /cm2)
