1. Equipment Application:

2.5. For special materials, the manual welding can adjust the speed and current on this interface.

2.6. This system has a storage memory function, which is convenient for users to directly recall from the database when welding next time.

2.7. The welding traveling mechanism uses the servo control and the ball screw to drive the welding torch to move linearly.

2.8. The system controls the movement of the welding torch with two functions: inching and fast moving, which are convenient for adjusting the starting position of the welding torch.

2.9. The argon arc welding machine uses the TIG industrial module welding machine.

2.10. The cutting tool is made of forged 9grsi material, which prolongs the service life of the tool.

3. Electronic Control Operating System: 

The product uses the Siemens PLC programmable controller, the Siemens module and the Siemens touch screen to realize intelligent and simple control. The welding control can be divided into manual and automatic. The automatic welding only needs to input the thickness and width of the steel strip while the current and the speed do not need to be adjusted. The system is equipped with own database. For special materials, the manual welding is used. During manual welding, the thickness, width, speed and current of the steel strip can be input on the touch screen. The current does not need to be adjusted on the welding machine, which only needs to be input on the screen. The manually recorded data can be saved in the system, so that the data can be directly recalled for the next welding without inputting again.
