Our company's shearing and welding machine including three different types: semi-hydraulic, full hydraulic and pneumatic.

Semi-hydraulic shearing and welding machine is suitable for shearing steel plate under 3.0mm. Hydraulic shearing and pneumatic welding are used. All pneumatic is suitable for cutting steel plate less than 2.5mm in front. Full hydraulic shearing butt welding machine is independently developed by our company. It is the leading equipment in the country. Hydraulic stations are used to provide power for shearing and welding. The shearing thickness is up to 5 mm or more.

Advantages Compared to common shearing and welding machine :

1. The welding machine uses industrial modular welder, which greatly improves the welding quality of steel plate.

2. Operating system uses Siemens subsystem, not domestic system.

3. The thickness of steel plate welder can reach 6 mm, while other welders can only reach 3.9 mm.

Characteristics of shearing and welding machine:

1. The control system uses Siemens system with touch screen and PLC module. Servo motor and ball screw are used in welding control to ensure smooth running of welding torch and good welding effect. 

2. Real automatic welding. 

Only the thickness and width of the welding strip need to be input in the operation interface, and the current speed can be automatically controlled and matched without manual adjustment. When the automatic parameters do not meet the needs of customers, users can manually adjust the current speed according to their needs, and can save the adjusted data. Next time, they can directly call and select. Storage data can be up to 20, larger than the capacity of ordinary machines. 

3. The welding machine can also move forward and backward manually, and adjust the spot motion accurately. Especially, the spot adjustment function can move the torch 1 mm once, which greatly facilitates the tool alignment and improves the accuracy of the welding machine. 

4. The current of the welding machine does not need to be adjusted by the welding machine. It can be controlled by touch screen. The welding machine automatically changes the current. Other ordinary welding machines need to manually adjust the current on the welding machine.
