500KW Seam Normalizers

It is the special equipment successfully developed by our company based on the full absorption of the advanced foreign equipment experience in China in recent years, which is used by the pipe industry to produce high-grade steel pipes.

The high-frequency welding equipment and the online annealing dedicated IF heating equipment for steel pipes are centralized in the rear of the unit, which follow the sequence of unwinding → loop → forming → welding → planer tool → weld annealing → air cooling section → 300 ℃ cooling → sizing → cutting → blanking raceway → packing order.

      Points: the air cooling section should be reserved according to the speed and the annealing temperature.

The entire equipment is divided into two parts: electrical parts and mechanical parts.

Electrical parts

· There is an inlet reactor on the power side.

· It is equipped with a high-power IF output transformer.

· Sensors are specially designed to adapt to the seam annealing of circular pipes, square pipes and rectangular pipes. It is easy to install and remove the sensors.

· It uses the most advanced self-excited tracking starting mode, which can adapt to the wide loading range. The startup success rate is 100%.

· It uses the PLC and the high-precision thermometer to realize the temperature closed-loop control, which can control the annealing temperature precisely. The full set of equipment uses the PLC and touch screen control. The touch screen can display the temperature and various operating parameters. It is easy to be operated with a high degree of automation.
